HOW DO YOU HANDLE MAINTENANCE?
When a request comes in, we first try to troubleshoot the issue with the tenant on the phone, or via our online maintenance tool. Â If service is needed, we notify you, and we send out one of our approved vendors. Â And repairs are covered with a ONE YEAR GUARANTEE.
